The Propel® Accelerator is a special service that allows you to browse the web up to 5 times faster than with normal dialup service. The Accelerator caches popular pages, compresses text and bitmaps on the fly, and performs a number of other processes to speed up your browsing. You'll need to install a simple software application on your Microsoft® Windows® based PC in order to access the Accelerator's features.
Once installed, the software can tell you how much faster you're browsing the web, and it will help you fine tune your settings to make your browsing experience just right for you!
The Propel® Accelerator works any time you're dialed into the ISOMEDIA system, and it can work with proxies and firewalls, although additional configuration may be required depending on the nature of your network. Just ask us for help after signup!
